Easy check in and check out. Staff were amazing. Our room was on pool side and had views of the beach, perfect size for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. Beds were soft and comfy. Shower over bath, great pressure on the shower. Pool and spa were amazing, towels provided. We joyed a semi game of tennis, tennis racquets and balls provided. Loads of parking. The best part of our stay was the food. OMG the food was amazing, from dinner to desserts, to room service and the breakfast buffet had everything you could have wanted, has been the best food we have ever had at any motel/hotel/resort.

Dimitri the head concierge is the living embodiment of what superior hospitality is. He made our trip to the bay of islands a very memorable and enjoyable stay. He provided us with extensive knowledge about what to do, booked us activities and assisted us in getting around to places when needed. The man has forever my utmost gratitude and appreciation. The hotel itself is in a perfect location overlooking the bay and a short walk into town, the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The beds are comfy as! The space on either side (sea view or yard) are both equally as beautiful. Its always clean & is so comfy even my asd child enjoys the space and that speaks volumes!!

Had dinner and breakfast, which was both buffet - dinner was disappointing but it was later in the evening for the buffet, should have ordered off menu, some of those meals looked great. Breakfast was great and plenty to have.

Friendly staff, especially Malinda at reception, everyone we encountered was friendly. Loved hearing the tui birds singing in the trees at the property. The outdoor bar area was lovely and nice bar snacks.
